Cannot connect after installing ardruino driver

Hi I am trying to use my new Mbot, i followed all the steps. After Adruino driver is installed, the mbot beeps but there is no choice (connect panel does not show this option lighted up) for me to connect or to update firmware. Please help? I cannot go any further so i cannot use the mbot.;(

Same problem. I downloaded the Arduino driver, but I have to keep downloading it every time.

What’s the computer os do you use which which robot do you have?
Could you provide more details about the issue?

I am using mac os capitan, and I have an mbot. I am still able to upload, but I can not get the mbot to send signals back to the computer.

How do you test if the mBot can send signals back to the computer?

If you want to do program online debug, you need upgrade firmware for the mBot first.

Anyway, please upgrade firmware for mBot refer to FAQ number 1 in this post. Then run the following online program have a check:
